There is a Suit brought against Me in the US Circuit Court Springfield Illinois by Weil & Brothers of Saint Louis for Twelve hundred Dollars. I wish to employ You to attend to it for Me. I can establish the fact that I have paid money for which I have received no Credit and there has been Several errors against Me in in bills of goods bought of them which have never been Corrected & if necessary I think I can prove that the house is not a correct one in business transactions. Please answer this immediately and let me know if You will attend to the business for me & let me know what is necessary for me to do in regard to my proof whether it should be attended to previous to the 20th or not. or at that time when I expect to be present Myself Respectfully Yours &c Jacob Stein P.S.
