First I desire Ten Thousand Dollars to be used to build a Mausoleum on ground which I have purchased in the North Cemetery Oxford, Massachusetts or on ground now known as the Rawson Lot in said cemetery. The said Mausoleum to be used for the use of Hon. Charles I. Rawsons family. I ask my father, Hon. Charles I Rawson and Mr. Stephen E. Barton to attend to this for me. Second I leave and bequeath all of my remaining possessions of whatever kind, name or nature for the use of maintaining the Clara Barton Home, Glen Echo, Md. which I desire to be used as a memorial to her. -- I ask Mr. Stephen E. Barton to attend to this for me. He shall use his own judgement in looking after this work, about selling stocks, real estate, personal property or my bank account.
