Dear Miss Blackwell,
I am writing to ask about Madam Breshkovsky.  Is she still alive?  If so, where is she and what does she do now?  Is she in sympathy with the aims of Soviet Russia today?

I am to address a Club of University Women in October.  That club is to study Russia this year.  I have read much about Madam Breshkovsky and I am much interested in knowing her view point regarding her country.

Can you give me any reliable source of information about Soviet Russia?  My interest is keen---but often I do not know whether what I read is biased propaganda, or real truth.
