I have read a little Item in the Morning World of New York on the said previously day of Jan the 15 of 1931 and do wish to come in contact with you as a Russian friend of mine of which I am a Nature Borne Russian too and of which I am serving a term of one year on this said institution of which is Rikers Island New York City and would be in a stranded position of which my term of one year would expire on the said Day of March the 3 of 1931 and would wish if you could give me a helping hand and have me sent back to my home country Russia as I was a very foolish Boy of leaving my home and parents as I
