Dear Miss Blackwell

               Mother read us a letter, about the dolls and toys,
for the Russian children. June Adkinson, Betty Cummings
and I gave a little Acrobatic Show on your beach
this summer and made 30 [cents]. Mother served cakes and
coffee. She gave us 70 [cents] to go with our money to make
a dollar. We want to give it to you for your fund 
for toys for this Christmas.
