Dear Miss Barry,
     Many thanks for
the kind letter I received
today for you, it will
be such a help. I was
sorry at writing, but we
have such a hard time.
I have often thought
about going to see Mrs. Napier
but I was not sure about
her address, I know she
would be very pleased to
help me, I will go &see Mrs. Napier next week
& perhaps she will be
able to get me something
to do.  I am very sorry
to hear about Dr. Blackwell
but, glad to hear she is
suffering no pain.  I hope
you are keeping strong &
well yourself.
I have not been keeping
well myself for some time
The Doctor says I would
need a rest & a change
but I have just to work
away as I am not able
to get it.
Sorry to hear your
housemaid has gone &
left you, but glad you
have got a nice girl in
her place.
Hope you will write
soon again & let me
know how Dr. & yourself
are keeping.
