J. salary in full for June -$15- Lucy StoneKnow all men by these presents that I Frederick H White of Melrose in Middlesex county State of Massachusetts in consideration of one dollar to me paid by Lucy Stone, wife of Henry B . Blackwell of Boston in Suffolk county State aforesaid, and other good considerations the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Lucy Stone wife of Henry B. Blackwell All that parcel of land in the twenty fourth ward of said Boston with the dwelling house thereon, on the easterly side of Neponset Avenue, commencing at the Southwesterly corner of property owned and occupied by James Bleukinsop, running thence Southerly on the line of said avenue forty (40) feet, thence easterly at right angles with said avenue one hundred (100) feet; thence Northerly parallel with the said avenue forty feet to the line of the said Bleukinsop; thence westerly along his said line to Neponset Avenue at the place of Beginning, containing Four thousand (4000) square feet of land. Being the same premises conveyed to me by Henry B Blackwell by deed of even date herewith and herewith to be recorded. To have and to hold the granted premises, with all the privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging, to the said Lucy Stone and her heirs and assigns, to their own use and behoof forever.And I hereby for myself and my heirs, executors and administrators, covenant with the grantee and her heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized in fee-simple of the granted premises, that they are free from all incumbrances, made by me that I have good right to sell and convey the same as aforesaid; and that I will and my heirs, executors and administrators shall warrant and defend the same to the grantee and her heirs and assigns forever against the lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming by, through or under me, but against none other [And for the consideration aforesaid] [do hereby release unto the said grantee and heirs and assigns all rights of or to both solver and homestead in the granted premises.] In witness whereof I the said Frederick H. White of Melrose in Middlesex County and State of Massachusetts aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, convey, remise, release, and forever quit claim, unto the said Frederick H. White and his heirs and assigns forever, All that parcel of land in part of said Boston known as Dorchester with the dwelling houses and other buildings thereon bounded southerly by a street forty feet wide called Boutwell Street, formerly called Boutwell avenue Seven hundred (700) feet more or less; Easterly by Nepouset avenue two hundred and nine (209) feet more or less to land formerly of Maria C. Mansfield; Northerly by land formerly of Maria C. Mansfield aforesaid about Seven hundred (700) feet to a corner; thence bounded westerly by other land formerly of Maria C. Mansfield aforesaid two hundred (200) feet to said Boutwell Street; be any or all the said measurements more or less, meaning hereby to convey all the lands described or referred to in deed from Frederick H. White to said Lucy Stone dated May 1st 1880 and recorded with Suffolk deeds Lib. 1491 fol. 70. and said premises are hereby conveyed subject to a mortgage of Three thousand dollars made to George A. Daly dated November 7th 1887 and recorded with Suffolk deeds Lib. 1799 fol 348 upon Lot Number four on the plat of building lots in Dorchester made by L Briggs and Company Surveyors dated November 14 1877 and recorded with Suffolk deeds To have and to hold, The afore released premises, with all the privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging, to the said grantee and his heirs and assigns to his and their own use and behoof forever.
