ness in putting me in touch with Miss Moore. 
I have written her a letter in your care. 
Miss Moore is not in her apartment, so if 
I write her again in your care, you will 
know why I have done so.  I sincerely hope 
she may find improvement and a way back to 
health.  She has had more than her share 
of hard luck.

in pencil on the back of an envelope 
asking me to write on your postal 
card.
She has to write 
almost flat on her back and 
there were several words not 
legible to me so I have left a 
blank but believe the contents 
will mostly be understood.
