How can I thank you 
adequately for sending me 
the fascinating story of your 
life as written by the 
facile pen of Mary Peck!

Today, I have neglected my 
few household duties and the 
big Sunday Tribune, to 
read with keenest absorbtion
your interesting, brilliant 
full life story - - -

Hardly a character mentioned
there, whom I have not 
known or known about, so 
I constantly am thrilled. 

Our brilliant Mary has done 
an excellent job - writing as 
tho she was thrilled to be 
the recorder of the story.

and doing it so cleverly 
with half concealed humor 
in many expressions!

I shall prize this book 
highly dear friend and 
shall loan it to others 
for their enjoyment and 
information.
