wife of George Whitman, "Walt's brother", to
Walt Whitman on November 14th, 1885.

The entry receiving this was made in his diary
as of that date, and the letter written to
acknowledge it is dated November 16. The year
is 1885.

wanted most - already comes
in first rate - used it yesterday
- Ed's stocking came
