A receipt from the proper official of each of the organizations accepting any bequest made by the decedent, showing the organization's receipt of the bequest. 2. Copies of the constitution and by-laws of each of the organizations accepting a bequest. Will you kindly sign and return the enclosed additional receipt, also send us a copy of your constitution and by-laws certified to by your president and secretary.
