Dearest Bobby,
I guess you think I have been real busy. Do hope you are feeling good.
We are doing real good. I went to church Sunday morning and it was real good. Myrtle spent the weekend with me. She sure a [lots] of help to me. Myrtle and I cut all the fruit and nuts for the fruit cake yesterday and I baked it to day. It sure smelled good.
Do hope you enjoy it.
Ruth came by for a while and [eat] dinner with me.
I had a letter from Betty yesterday she and the children are fine.
It sure is cold here to day.
I am so glad you are getting some of the books you wanted to read.
I told Ruth what you said about her girls reading and I sure think it is good.
I was looking for a letter to day but did not get it. Do hope you are not sick.
Please keep writing me your letters keep me living.
I love you and do hope you are doing real good.
Fannie and Walter is not doing good at all. He Walter is so feeble: I sure feel sorry for them. It is so hard to get old.
Write me real soon.
