Feb 22-69
Dearest Bobby,
I received your letter yesterday and was so glad to get it. And that you are doing good. I sure want to get the [?] you have told me about I know it is good. We all are well and doing good. Ruth is in her [new?] house and it sure is nice. She wants early American in her dining room. She [hasn't] any thing in her living room yet. They can’t do it all at once. It taken lots to
live these days every thing is so high.
I got the logs for the fire place and she and Bobby was so proud of them she said they was so pretty. It is raining here to day. I am getting real [?] to hear from Richard. He was to move to San Francisco the first of March. It sure been bad weather out there this winter.
I haven’t heard from Mary [lately].
I had a letter from Betty the first of the week. She ask about you.
She had been sick but was feeling better.
I will send you the money when you let me know. You got ten dollar raise this month. I sure hope you have a good weekend. I want to see you so bad. This is the longest you have been away from us. And I miss you so much. Please keep writing. I can’t hardly wait to get your letters. They keep me living.
