Mar 3-1969
Dearest Bobby,
I [received] your letter [Saturday] and was very glad to get it. And to know you was well. Do hope you are feeling good and looking to Jesus. He is a wonderful friend. One that will stick closer than a brother. So please trust him is my prayer. We sure are living in [evil] days.
We are up and doing pretty good. Daddy didn’t feel [too] good yesterday. But he was able to go to work this morning.
Ruth got moved two weeks ago. They have to pour [their] drive way and walk to the house. And get a [fence] up to keep little Cindy out of the canal. She could get drown in it. Yes I think Ruth is going to get early American furniture for her dining room. She [hasn't] anything yet in it, [or] her living room. They just can't do it all at once. They will have to get as they can.
I called Betty yesterday she and the two little
ones was fine. She ask about you and said give you her love.
I sure hope all of us can get together this summer.
I am sending you the money to day.
I want to thank you for telling me about the book I got it and it was wonderful, Myrtle and I read it in about three days. Mrs. [Robison?] is going to read it. Then Ruth and Bobby. Mr. R.L. Le Tourneau was some man. Not a nother like him. I have heard him speak and
It is just like him. It [shows] us what God can do with some one with a will to do and will trust Him.
Write me real soon and keep looking up. And God will see you [through]. And will make this time a blessing to you Rom 8-28 And we know all things work together for good to them that love God. To them. Who are the called according to his purpose. I am sending a [?] read Rom 10-9-10 11-13. May God bless and keep you is my prayer.
