Sept 20.
Hi People,
I have just finished painting a sign for the mess hall, it turned out pretty good, considering I used a 1” brush for the whole sign. I cut the hairs on the brush to form a point, it’s the worst brush I ever used.
The other guy on the picture is one of the cooks, Cpl. Bulutye. He’s a good friend of mine, the only guy at the mess hall, who doesn’t order me around. The other cooks think they own the mess hall, and are always trying to tell people what to do. Now that I’m painting the mess hall, I’m my own boss.
I painted the kitchen, I told them I would give them a professional job, and I did. Then I showed them my Wilburn painting card, and told them that my next job was going
to cost them more. I think I’ll try to get a contract from the Government, (Time + Material).
Notice how I’m looking human again, but I can’t comb my hair right, because of the way my hair was cut in Pendleton.
Well, I’ll write again soon, don’t worry about me! I only drink a couple beers a day. I don’t get drunk.
See Ya!
